This agreement is between the user and DigiVerifii.
1. License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal business record-keeping.
2. Restrictions
- Do not modify, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
- Do not use the application unlawfully or fraudulently.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or distribute it without permission.
3. Ownership
The application, trademarks, logos, content, and intellectual property remain DigiVerifii property.
4. User data
Users are responsible for accurate, lawful collection of business and customer information.
5. Payments
Coins and credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
6. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or unlawful activity.
7. Warranties and liability
The application is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
8. Governing law
Indian law applies.
