1. Coins
Coin, credit, and digital purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. Unused coins and accidental purchases are not eligible for refund.
2. Subscriptions
If subscriptions are introduced, the terms shown at purchase will apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable after service begins.
3. Payment errors
Report suspected technical overcharges with payment proof within seven days. Cases are reviewed individually.
4. Chargebacks
