End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and DigiVerifii ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") for the use of the DigiVerifii mobile application and website.

1. License Grant

DigiVerifii grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application solely for internal business record-keeping purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the app without permission.

3. Ownership

The app, including all intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of DigiVerifii. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to the user.

4. User Data

The app allows users to store business and customer information for internal record-keeping. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of such data.

DigiVerifii does not issue, verify, or authenticate any government-issued identity documents.

5. Payments & Non-Refundable Policy

• All coin purchases and in-app credits are non-refundable.
• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. DigiVerifii may terminate or suspend your access if you violate this Agreement or engage in unlawful activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiVerifii shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
