1. No Refund Policy for Coins

All top-up coins, in-app credits, or digital purchases made within DigiVerifii are strictly non-refundable.

  • Once coins are purchased, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
  • Unused coins will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Accidental purchases are not eligible for refunds.

2. Subscription or Service Payments (If Applicable)

If DigiVerifii introduces subscription-based services in the future, all payments will be governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.

3. Payment Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proper payment proof.

Each case will be reviewed individually. DigiVerifii reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund request.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
